Wellbeing Week 2026

Join us for a week of fun and engaging activities across campus. There’s something for everyone, from games and workshops to movies and food! Organised by Freya, your SU President. 

All events are free to attend!

Timetable:

Monday

• Random Acts of Kindness: All day, all campuses. Take part in spreading kindness around campus with activities and surprise freebies!
• Mindful Monday: 12-2pm, Glyn’s Bar & Lounge. Enjoy traditional henna designs and cultural activities
• Movie Monday: 6-10pm, Glyn’s Bar & Lounge. Relax and watch a film with friends on our big screen!

Tuesday

• Beyond the Books Breakfast: 9-11am, Glyn's Bar & Lounge. Start your day with breakfast and fun activities hosted by SU President Freya, promoting her Beyond the Books campaign
• LGBT Afternoon Tea: 11:30am-2pm, Glyn’s Bar & Lounge. Join us for tea, treats, and a welcoming space to connect with the LGBT+ community

Wednesday

• Holi Festival of Colours: 1-3pm, Glyn’s Bar & Lounge. Celebrate Holi with dance, music, and themed activities
• Student Leaders Workshop: 3-4pm, online. Learn strategies for wellbeing and stress management with Hollie
• Glyngo Bingo: 6pm-late, Glyn’s Bar & Lounge. Join us for an exciting edition of bingo with fantastic prizes!

Thursday

• De-stress Fest: 11am - 2pm, Glyn’s Bar & Lounge. Take a break with relaxing activities, mindfulness sessions and more
• The Throwback Quiz - 6-10pm, Glyn’s Bar & Lounge. Dress up and join us for a fun and competitive quiz night. Fancy dress is optional!

Friday

• Food Parcel Fridays - Wellbeing Edition: 12-2pm, Glyn’s Bar & Lounge. Collect your free food parcel with essentials, fresh produce and treats
• Study Cafe: 2-4pm, Glyn's Bar & Lounge. Study in style and enjoy free tea/coffee, snacks and chilled music to stimulate your focus!
• Paint & Sip: 6-10pm, Glyn’s Bar and Lounge. Unwind with painting, drinks, and a creative evening with friends. Free materials are provided
