The Automotive Engineering Society has organised a trip to visit the 2025 Autosports International Show at the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre (NEC)!

To attend the event, you must be an official student member of Wrexham University's Automotive Engineering Society. To do this you must join the Society's webpage.

 

This is important for you to be covered by the Societies insurance policy. The Society members will be transporting themselves to and from the NEC in personal transportation- the insurance provides coverage for personal accident from departure from the Wrexham campus, to the NEC, during the trip, and on the return journey. 

Departure time is 9:30am from the Students' Union. 

 

Please note: if you are one of the members who will be driving, the insurance policy only covers members and will not cover vehicles. You must make sure you have your own car insurance, and please ensure you have checked over your car to make sure it will be as safe as possible (check tyre tread and pressure, check your oil levels, fuel, make sure your headlights, taillights, indicator bulbs are in working order, etc...)
