Hi! I'm Lauren, the Communications and Engagement Coordinator at Wrexham Students' Union. 

I'm originally from Crewe, Cheshire, but Wrexham is very much my adopted home! I've worked in the Students' Union here for over six years now; I was originally employed as a student receptionist and digital marketing assistant before being elected as President for 21/22 and 22/23. Since finishing my role as President, I am now responsible for the SU's social media channels, design work, and supporting elected officers and the staff team with promoting events and campaigns. I'm really passionate about the student movement and love all things students' unions! 

In my free time, some of my interests include video games, football and good food. I love to explore new places but I'm equally partial to a night in with good TV or some trivia games!
