Hi! I am Freya and I am your current Vice President! I am running to be your next Students’ Union president in the elections! Below are some things I have achieved this year as Vice President!

Over the past year, I’ve been dedicated to making student life better. As Vice President, I’ve:

✅ Secured free condoms for students.

✅ Installed a microwave for more convenient meal options.

✅ Advocated for more accessible spaces on campus.

✅ Launched a student-focused podcast on life and key issues.

✅ Hosted 70+ events (and counting!) alongside the SU President.

✅ Successfully lobbied the university to change graduation dates.

✅ Sat on multiple committees to amplify student voices.

✅ Led a mental health awareness campaign and collaborated with the NHS.

If elected as your next President I will continue to advocate for and raise awareness about the importance of students' mental health. I will also push for more affordable and diverse food options on campus, ensuring students have access to better choices. Additionally, I will collaborate with the university, local landlords, and private accommodations to secure suitable housing for students. Lastly, I am committed to reinstating the Student Leaders Conference to empower and inspire future student leaders.
